One of the most popular breeds in Singapore, Golden Retrievers are not an uncommon sight here. But put 116 of them together under one roof and you’ve got yourself a new Singapore record for the largest mass gathering of Golden Retrievers. That was exactly what happened at Singapore’s inaugural and largest PET-ducational fair, Pet Expo. Besides making history in the Singapore Book of Records, the event was also attended by 19,850 animal lovers and their furry friends. Over the span of three days, the pet community was brought together on a fun-filled learning journey about responsible pet ownership through a series of entertaining activities, educational seminars and competitions. Likewise, with as many as 50 exhibiting brands to shop from, pet owners were spoilt for choice on what to pamper their furkids with. Celebrity pets, Bobo the skateboarding English Bulldog, and Amber, the Golden Retriever, that graced the event won the hearts of many new fans. For more photos of the event, visit
