Telegraph.co.uk reports that “a series of videos on YouTube (some have attracted over 20,000 views) demonstrate the versatility of the iPad with cats using the interactive screen to chase a virtual butterfly, play with a neon piece of string , tackle space invaders and even perform music on a ‘Magic Piano’ application.” With over 940 cat-related applications to choose from, the iPad is fast becoming the latest Must-Have toy for your kitty.

Within the first few weeks of its launch in the US, the iPad was so popular that it sold out, stalling its international launch. Now that it is all the more attractive with its pet-related apps, the iPad is likely to continue being a sell-out around the world. Expect to see more pet-friendly games and apps flood the App Store in the near future.
