When you have 14 cats in your home, something's got to give. Peter Cohen decided to take things into his own hands (with a team of his own) and make his home in California a kitty dream home.

46 metres of tunnels, staircases for cats, a skywalk, 24 litter boxes, odor-eliminating fans, a spiral walkway – all found in Peter Cohen’s remodelled mansion for his 14 and counting rescue cats.

A professional house builder, and co-owner of Trillium Enterprise Custom Builders, Cohen currently resides in this dream home for felines in Goleta, California, and he brought in his own team to create this ultimate cat-friendly home.

 

Spending up to US$50,000 (S$78,000) for the project, Cohen has even fitted out his home with 25 surveillance cameras so the cats can be watched even when he is away on trips.

 

We may not know much about architecture – but we think any cat would be glad to be a resident in this dream house.
